Shipping Information

Most of our products are printed and assembled after you order, so the part you get matches the options you picked. Stock items usually ship within 1 to 3 business days; configured kits can take longer, and we tell you up front when they will.

Shipping is determined at checkout: the cost is shown before you pay, and we ship with whichever carrier fits your order best. We currently ship within the United States.

Local pickup in the Syracuse area is available only in special scenarios. Email info@syracuse3DPrinting.com before ordering if you would like to arrange it.

Once we hand your package to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. If a shipment goes missing or arrives damaged, contact us and we will help you sort it out with the carrier.
