Returns and Warranty

Stock catalog items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original condition, for a refund of the item price. Shipping costs are not refundable, and return shipping is your responsibility.

Custom work, configured kits, and made-to-order items are made specifically for you, so they are not returnable except for defects or our error. If we got it wrong, we will make it right.

Stock catalog parts are warranted for one year from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. If a covered part fails in normal use within that year, we will repair or replace it.

The warranty does not apply to custom 3D prints or other made-to-order work. For those, if a part arrives defective or we made an error, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund it.
